At Madeleine 28, each piece is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
Faulty Items
We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if your item arrives with a fault, we’re here to make it right.
If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@madeleine28.com, including:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the fault
Repairs
If a fault is confirmed, we will:

Repair your item free of charge, and

Refund your return shipping costs
We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item to us for repair.
Important Notes

Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault

As each piece is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty
